Marian Hotel is a tourist-friendly, family-run hotel in Madaba. When it's time to relax, guests are welcome to enjoy a swim in the large outdoor swimming pool or dig into some snacks at the pool-side restaurant - Rawsan. The restaurant also serves meals, beverages and the shisha (water pipe). The bar, meanwhile, serves drinks until after midnight.
Hotel guests are allowed free parking and local calls. Internet access, however, is available only at the lobby.

Late check-outs are subject to availability of rooms.
For children staying with parents, the following policy applies:
- children over 12 years are considered adults
- children under 12 years get 50% discount on room rates
- children under 12 years get 50% discount on meal rates
- children requiring their own room are charged adult rates.
If a cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to arrival, guests will be charged 50% of the booking fee. If, however, a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, then the full booking amount will be charged.
