All the rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning and heating and are well furnished to compliment the village style and setting. All rooms feature satellite TV, direct dial telephone, a mini bar, hairdryer and safe.
Taybet Zaman has two restaurants. Sahtain Snack Bar is a cosy place where guests can enjoy a drink before dinner, or after a long day spent exploring Petra.

- children under 12 years get 50% discount on room rates
- children under 12 years get 50% discount on meal rates
- children requiring their own room are charged adult rates.
If a cancellation is made less than a week prior to arrival, then the full booking amount will be charged.If a cancellation is made one week or more prior to arrival,
