The hotel's Panorama Restaurant & Bar can serve up to 200 people. The gardens are complete with picnic tables, barbeque pits, playgrounds and camp sites, all among olive trees and wild flowers.
The natural hiking trails in the surrounding woods offer nature lovers an excellent opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of Jordan.

Late check-outs are subject to availability of rooms.
For children staying with parents, the following policy applies:
- children over 12 years are considered adults
- children under 12 years get 50% discount on room rates
- children under 12 years get 50% discount on meal rates
- children requiring their own room are charged adult rates.
If a cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to arrival, guests will be charged 50% of the booking fee. If, however, a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, then the full booking amount will be charged.
